Bio
My name is Debra, but it became 'Deebs' for my fiber art work. That is what my best friend named me years ago!
I have been doing fiber arts for almost 30 years now. Originally a cross stitcher, with some needlpoint and crewel mixed in for flavor. I have also dabbled with paint of all types, pastels, pen and ink, stained glass, rubber stamping, and now I work mainly with wool and silk doing needlefelt 'paintings'. Mostly landscapes, florals, and abstracts.
I have been married 31 years with four wonderful kids ages 27 down to 18 years. I live in Redmond, Washington but in the more rural outskirts.
