I'm Denise Thompson and my Etsy shop is Blackberry Downs Woolery. I began my hobby buisness as a way to keep my rabbits fed and taken care of by selling their beautiful fibers to angora wool entusiasts. I became fascinated with needlefelting when I went to Black Sheep Gathering in Eugene, Oregon. Gradually needlefelts worked their way into my shop and my specialty is rabbits, of course, with other creatures such as gryphons, birds, and various rodents.
