Orchidee is owned by Hilah and Anika. We live in the north of Israel Hilah is a law student living in a classic old Haifa neighbourhood. Anika lives in a kibbutz and owns a freelance webdesign studio. We, daughter and mother enjoy the togetherness and sharing in the creation of OOAK artsy items: crochet, felt, beaded jewelry, special designed clothing & textiles and what ever wakes up our inspiration. After many years Anika returned to an old friend: wool! In the 70's [long before the internet boom] she used to make homespun straight from the sheep and sell wool, customized sweaters and handmade wooden knitting needles. Only now she got her hands on felting and as you see being a bird freak can have its expression in felt!. We are very happy to be part of Needlefelters.Com this gives us and to be part of the international artisans and crafts people community.
